Nothing to complain about here. Great food and fresh when I was there. People at the counter are courteous. The manager even stopped by to check on how everything was. Seating is never an issue as it is one of the largest seating areas of any Boston Market I've been to

Nice place to eat. Friendly staff, clean and food is always fresh. I have noticed that the sides and the chicken have gotten smaller over the past few months, but what are you going to do.

Not as good as other Boston Markets I've been to in the past.. I love their choices of food and it is usually hot and delicious... The food here was cold and the mixed veggies we're not cooked hard hard the sweet potatoes were burnt and had large chunks of brown sugar unmelted in them the chicken was very dry and overcooked ....I did not enjoy my lunch at this location... I usually love Boston Market and will probably still go to them but never again to the one in westury... melted

Portions are small in comparison to other boston markets. The food is standard to all other stores. I noticed two different sizes of chicken here. The smaller chicken is cut for individual meals. The tables were sticky. The bathrooms were dirty. Handicap accessibility is below standard. You have to walk up to get in the restaurant, there is no base level entrance. They have a handicap elevator for wheelchairs, but it looks like it's about to collapse, it is falling apart. There is no wheelchair ramp so you have to hope that their lift actually works.
