Best Burger King on Long Island! Always hot and fresh, immaculately clean, and playground access for kids. Big spacious dining room, very classy, unlike most Burger Kings. Managers Gilberto and Frank go above and beyond! 10/10

On Monday September 18th, 2017 I ordered food from this Burger King for my daughter and when I got home I was taking the fries out of the cup to put on a plate and I felt something hard at the bottom I looked and saw a razor blade in the cup. Immediately I called the owners brother who is a family friend and lawyer and left him a voicemail as I didn't have the actual owners number, he later called me back and informed me "he doesn't get along with his brother Jason but he did call him and inform him of the situation, he also gave him my name and number." I returned back to Burger King 25-30 mins later with the cup a few fries still in it and the guy who took my order who I believe is a "co-manager" admitted to myself and my uncle that someone was using a razor earlier to clean something and one out of the 2 they have is missing. I asked to speak to someone above him so called the actual manager who spoke to me on the phone and claimed "he was already in bed and didn't want to get dressed come out, so he'll speak to me tomorrow (Sept. 19th, 2017) at 10 am". I like other normal people have a job so I couldn't make it at 10 and I told him that so he said come at 4:30 pm. Fast forward to the next evening, there was a little traffic picking my daughter up from school so I arrived at 5:30 pm he was still there but acted as if he didn't know who I was or what I was talking about even though I gave him my name and phone number the night before. Then there was a random lady behind the counter who I'm guessing was a relative of the owner who asked "what I wanted" I told her the story and her response was the "manager told the owner and he'll look into in" and she walked away before I could get a word out or ask her for her name. I asked the "manager" to ask her to come back from out of the office she came and I asked her for the original cup with the Razor blade in it and her response was "it's already in the office" So I said to her "didn't you just come from the office?" she says "yes" so my reply was "well can I have the cup" she said "no" in a nasty manner and turns her back to say something to the manager in a low tone. I asked her again for her name and she refused to give me her name or the cup luckily I have a video and pictures of the razor blade and video of my conversation with the guy who took my order where he admitted to "someone using the razor blade to clean". This establishment is very unprofessional and brushed the matter off as if it wasn't important that a razor blade was found in the meal of a 4 year old. Just imagine if it was a meal she was eating on the go while in the car and she stuck her fingers in the cup I would have spent the night at the emergency room, while the "manager" was at home enjoying his night!! I still have yet to hear back from the owner, that goes to show how much they care about the customers. Jason Foccaro lost a loyal customer who has been eating there for years, but I'm sure he doesn't care because he's already filthy rich!
