NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE. The Office used to be my favorite place to eat and bring my family when they came from Rochester to visit. Today, instead of the usual great experience, we waited for 48 minutes for our three meals to arrive. My steak and eggs order cam back RAW. Our server visited us once when she took the order, and once when the order was served. We were in the dining area, one of only three occupied tables. I would recommend Mimi's in Fulton, Wades or Dahl's in Oswego over this place in a heartbeat. Stay away from The Office.

Had been pre-warned that this place was not what it used to be. Decided to give it a shot anyways.. I almost gave it 2 stars because the fried fish was great - props to the cook - but the treatment far outweighed all of this. The owner sat bellied up to the bar overhearing us the whole time while we complained about the attitude of our waitress, the fact that our appetizers came out after we finished our meals, got the wrong items on our plate, and waited forever to get waters and drinks refilled. He finally came over after we became more vocal at the end, apologized with zero enthusiasm or remorse, and left us with the full bill to pay. Will not be back and will not send anymore clients here.

I had hair in my food 2 times in the same meal .sent the first one back and then found hair in it again. Waiters did not seem to care because I ate the fish part of my meal she made me pay for it all 18.00 for a small over cooked fish and no bread it was bad.

Good food and great prices. We had loaded fries and the chicken quesadilla, both were delicious. The beer was cold and relatively inexpensive. I would recommend stopping by if you want a cold beer and pub food.
