The wine cookies are delicious. I always get them when I can. ^_^ I once washed them down with a glass of milk while I was chewing... it was the worst mistake of MY LIFE because they were that good! T_T

I hate to leave a review for such an adorable small business, but when an experience is so poor that it has you still thinking about the next day, you feel almost obligated. My friend and I were in yesterday around 5pm or so. I had noticed their A-frame on Main St. while eating lunch on our way to Letchworth. At lunch I looked up their website. I saw that they had a cookie sundae for $4.50 which included cookie, ice cream, whipped cream and other toppings of your choice. When we walked in there were 3 girls behind the counter. No other customers were there. I noticed that nearly all of their cookie jars were empty. No big deal, I understand its 5pm and you close at 8pm. But does that mean the best time to eat cookies & ice cream is in the morning? Strange. I heard one girl to say to the other "Are you going to help them?" The girl replies "In a minute i'm finishing this (whatever 'this' may be, but the customers should definitely come first - especially when we were the only ones there). They asked us what we wanted. I told her a cookie sundae and picked out a cookie and ice cream. As she is making it the other girl says "no more ice cream than that, load it up." After receiving it and then comparing it with the pictures online, mine was still definitely skimpy in comparison. The girl not making the sundae rings us up "$5.25 please." we pay and tip. I ask the girl making it if they can add whipped cream. I know from the website it comes with toppings of your choice - but as an employee of the establishment they should probably be telling me their offerings - they never did. I didn't want toppings anyway so this is no problem. Also, they were out of whipped cream. An ice cream shop out of whipped cream? Wow. Then the girl hands me the sundae and says "$4.50." The other girls says no they already paid. I am questioning why one girl charged us $5.25 and the other $4.50? At this point the whole experience is so amateur and unorganized that I really don't care to haggle over a measly $0.75. In any instance, cute idea with potential. But definitely a staff training as well as price standards is in order. However, the ice cream and cookie were both good.
