Disaster. Waited 40 minutes for all american DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER . Received 1 patty, no cheese. Waitress sent food back to get correct order. Receved double patties but no cheese. Was told by waitress cheese had to be specified. Huh?! Talked to manager, Morgan. She said it wasn't her problem and that I was being difficult when I made my complaint. (How she is in a management position is beyond me.) Emailed complaint complain. Next day received phone call and apilogy from a male manager who was much better at dealing with the situation.

Service isn't great but food is pretty good.

I have gone to Johnstown friendlys multiple times, and have had multiple bad experiences. There are some waitresses that are amazing, and we love them!! But the management is not good at all. More than once I have heard loud profanity from a manager, I believe to be named Morgan, we have also been able to hear the way she snaps at the employees, it’s unprofessional. Another manager, a heavier woman with glasses, seems to think that gossiping about other employees in plain sight and loud enough for customers to hear is appropriate! The cooks can clearly be heard complaining about incoming orders from the dining area. They need to be reminded that this is a customer service occupation. We will no longer be returning, but will be contacting the higher ups. Fix the establishment so families feel welcome and comfortable.

Although we had to wait for one of the many available booths, our server Taylor was very friendly. As I was here with a woman with development disability, Taylor offered to have her food prepared to suit her dining requirements. That kind of service is not offered at most dining establishments. Thank you, Taylor. Kudos for your kindness towards my friend.😌
