Went there today, should have gone elsewhere. Scrimping does not encourage accolades. Entrance door is well worn and scrapes the tile floor. The handicap stall door in the men's washroom is missing, the other stall requires standing over the toilet to open and close the stall door. When we arrived we had to wait some time to be seated, while there later appeared to be two servers and a manager none were visible when we arrived. Pop was more than 1/2 the price of the hamburger we ordered and not until we were complete did someone (we think the manager) ask about a refill (declined). Asked for mustard when we received the meal, did not get it until half way through eating the burger (likely reminded the waitress, who had disappeared for quite some time after my wife looked her way (no response) and then I did. When the mustard was brought to the table the excuse was there was a clean-up required in the kitchen. Needless to say we will not go back.

Ordered 2 different drinks both gross. I asked for the chicken and pasta I got chicken tenders and fries(I pointed to picture of pasta and everything) seen my waitress maybe 2 times(was there over an hour and a half) . Wait time was horrid. Food was bland. Over priced. Never again will I go here.

Poor service, inadequate portions, food tastes bland, and the floors were dirty. Not a shining example of the Friendly's franchise.

Of all the friendlys I've been to over the years this is the cleanest and friendliest staff. Now, I don't go to Friendlys anymore for food as it isn't an equal food quality ratio. But the ice cream shop is great!
