Good place. Waited longer than I would have liked, but otherwise good experience

Sep 23, 2017
Been here twice (been to other Moe's around the state) and the ratio of rice & beans to meat is like 4 to 1. Hardly any meat in our food. The portions are good but what's fun about eating condiments and supposed extras. I would recommend getting "bowls" rather than "burritos". The bowls allow you to spread the food around, in the "burritos" you will take 3 to 5 bites with absolutely no meat in the bite! Also both times the food had been bland. The line to order seems rushed and they are just trying to get you quickly through, hardly any time to think about what extras you want. The "lunch line" has it's positives, but also negatives. Also the drink line is ridiculous! How about more than 1 soda dispenser? On the plus side, the restaurant is clean and the seating nice, but on a busy day expect to be rubbing closely with other patrons. Been to the Moe's in Rochester, and the Moe's in Vestal, both served good size meat to rice ratio and the line is not rushed.

Moe's always has great ingredients. This one is still new, so there are a few kinks to be worked out, but everything was tasty and clean!
