First of all I know the people who said the bad reviews and they did it as a prank. The service was great I got my drink after like 30 seconds. My meal was amazing and came out after about five minutes. I couldn't stop talking about how quick everything was. Also the waitress was very nice and actually started a conversation and made a joke unlike most restaurants. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I just came home to my wife YELLING at someone on the phone, she's not the type to loose her head in such a manner. The food she ordered an hour and a half ago never came. Apparently the driver called half an hour after the food was to arrive, said he was in the vicinity then couldn't seem to find the house after my wife had specifically given him the address and cross street. She waited by the door, and stayed on the phone trying to help him get to our house. This is puzzling since we live on a fairly short street that should basically be impossible to miss given specific direction. She called the restaurant for the 2rd time asking about the driver. The person told her they would call the delivery person then call her back. 15 minutes later my wife had to call a fourth time to find that they had spoken with the delivery person and he had given her food away. They had nothing to say but a half-assed sorry and offered no resolution, I've never seen my wife so upset over poor service. This is absolutely abhorrent, we'll be tossing the menu out and letting every review venue know our experience. Thanks, Haru Hana.

"cool sport" your review saying that you found "small insects" in the food seems liked you had the intent to hurt this restaurant. Seeing this I have a feeling that, looking at you name and your profile picture that you could most likely be a restaurant that is saying trash about other restaurants to get business. I have seen many acts like this over the years. Also the fact that the only restaurant you have done a review on is Haru Hana. I have visited Haru Hana many times and enjoyed the visit. The interior is warm and welcoming. The waitress is also quite friendly. I have been there many times and enjoyed every visit. I am very sorry if my username makes you wonder if I am a reliable source to look to. I asked my son to make this account for me.

Friendly staff and good sushi

Haru Hana is my own little Cheers. With a wonderful staff who welcome you with smiles and a hot cup of tea, there is no better place I would rather go to grab a few sushi rolls with friends.
