Nice casual italian restaurant. Outside of building nothing special. Inside quite nice. Hostess very helpful and friendly. Food was good... bruschetta was best. Waitress was working hard but she needed help. Service was a bit slow

This place is excellent. My company is based in Ithaca, and every time I've been up to the main office, we go here. I haven't been dissapointed at all, and highly doubt I will ever be. The service, food, and wine selection is fantastic. I highly recommend eating here.

Food was decent. Cocktails were superb. But what could have been a pleasant, romantic experience was detracted from by our slovenly, unkempt, and inept waiter. He projected a disheveled and careless appearance, mumbled, and did nothing to establish rapport or ask questions. As he raced around the dining room clearing tables, we observed him - with disbelief, again and again - pick up unused menus from empty tables and shove them DOWN THE BACK OF HIS PANTS as a means of bringing them to the kitchen while his hands were full. My partner and I could barely keep our composure and appetites together, as we couldn't help but imagine the menus in front of us had recently been stuffed inside the sweaty waistline of our frantic waiter. We won't be back to Zaza's - I wouldn't recommend visiting either until management becomes more discerning about whom they employ. It seems like a restaurant with nice potential, but execution was sadly flawed.

From the outside the place looks like a dump but inside is clean with a nice decor and floor plan. The food was pretty good and they have a fair wine list with middle of the road pricing. Not a bad stop for dinner if you're looking for a casual family or business meal.
