Every time I have been here, they've been able to sit me with a large party. The pizza is tasty (although at times a little greasy). The house special is worth ordering and I prefer their thin crust pizza. Good selection of beer and drinks. Service can be a little slow sometimes but the ambiance of this place is great so you don't mind waiting too much. They also have a nice patio, where you can sit outside during the warmer months.

Decent pizza and friendly service at inexpensive price. One of the better tasting options in Ithaca. The tap beers are usually good too. (The only downside is that they do not serve real Chicago style deep dish pizza. The pizza is densely topped and thick enough not to be mistaken as a New York style pizza, but not thick and cheesy as those served in other parts of the US as "deep dish pizza".)

Love the pizza and friendly service. A nice and easy walk from my campus office.

The Nines is known for its deep dish pizza, and for good reason. Don't forget to try a round pizza, though. The round pizza at The Nines is often overlooked, but it's definitely one of the best pizzas in town.

I've heard continuing rumors that this place may be closing in the coming months so we visited to get some beers and the Nines' famously good pizza. Their beer selection leaves much to be desired if you're a craft beer fan, but they have enough to choose from. The deep dish pizza is a standout but their corn nuggets, wings, and fried mushrooms are also great. As others have mentioned many times, the service is almost comically slow at times so go when you have a solid 90 free minutes or more for a meal.
