I came in to pick up my to- go order 5 minutes before closing time. Once I had return to my vehicle, I realized that my order was slightly wrong. I brought the food back in to explain the issue and only to just get a refund because I knew the kitchen was closing and I didn't want to cause them to restart the oven if it was already closed down for the night. Instead of just taking the easy way out and refunding me my money the staff at The Bistro went above and beyond and took the time to make my pizza correctly :) and I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised, not to mention appreciative! Most restaurants can/will not do this and they just completely made my night! This business and their customer service are just impeccable! If i could give more than 5 stars I would!

Visited Brick Oven Bistro for the first time recently. My husband and I ordered 1 French onion soup, 1 house salad, and 1 pizza special to share for dinner. We enjoyed our food a lot but we thought the atmosphere could use some improvement. The French onion soup was classic and very good, and we loved the white balsamic dressing on the house salad (it had hints of garlic). The pizza special (chicken fajita) was flavorful and we liked the medium-thin crust. However, we were seated towards the back of the restaurant near the side-door (close to the bar) and our meal was continuously disrupted by the freezing winter air that blew in as guests entered/exited the restaurant. This occurred nearly every 10 minutes and was very uncomfortable. Also, our server did not stop over to ask how we liked our meals and it was tough to get our waters refilled. The lighting in this half of the restaurant seemed too dark compared to the front half. Overall I would return for the food and reasonable prices, but I would not have high expectations in regards to service/atmosphere.

Scallop dinner special and tenderloin steak sandwich were very good. Stuffed banana peppers appetizer was great with excellent marinara sauce. Great wings and pizza.Nice feel to the place with very friendly people.

This is a relatively good priced place to get a quick bite to eat that is tasty – although perhaps not the healthiest thing. The staff is usually very pleasant and helpful. It is conveniently located for a quick stop and a quick bite to eat. Decent and fast comfort food at a good price.

PLEASE READ! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! WILL NEVER BE BACK! We came to the Brick Oven Bistro for the first time. We expected the place to be a typical bar and pub. We asked our waitress Missy about the menu. She seemed annoyed and quickly told us that this was an upscale establishment. Almost as if we did not belong in the restaurant. We debated about leaving at this point but decided to stay and eat. We ordered A pizza and wings. During our time there the waitress did not come over to replace our drinks or ask us about our meal. We had to ask her every time we needed something. She seemed to be far more interested in hanging out and talking to the other waitresses in there little serving area. We were her only table because there were very few people in there eating. Yet there seemed to be about 4 servers working. Even when she brought the check over she dropped it on the table and did not thank us for coming or invite us back. Apparently she is not interested in doing her job or maybe we were just not welcome. Either way this is totally unacceptable and we will never be back here again. JUDGING ON THE REVIEWS I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE. I CANT IMAGINE TREATING PAYING CUSTOMERS THIS WAY. I DON'T BELIEVE THEY WILL BE AROUND VERY LONG.
