I always loved coming here especially when it was open on transit. Now that that closed this one is open and I'm done giving them chances. It used to be friendly and have great food. Last 5 trips were terrible. We had to wait for our food for an hour. Including appetizers. The waiter literally moaned and groaned to a fellow server he cannot wait till endless apps is over with while my mother and I are sitting there and complaining about customers extra loudly for others to "over hear". Then he didn't come to our table for a total of two hours and 40 mins of us waiting for him. So we're out of drinks, waiting for the bill because we have other things to do, and he only checked on us twice. And not even attentively. Just gave a nonchalant glance at our tables, said 'you guys are good' , and walked away. We had other stuff to do but instead had to wait for food that wasn't even thoroughly cooked. Not going back. I'll travel further for a better serviced Fridays.

I wish I could submit this without any stars. Better yet, I wish I could submit this with negative stars. Currently residing in a domestic violence shelter is myself and two year old daughter. I think she has witnessed enough violence, she doesn’t need to come out to eat with her mother and witness a server and customer getting into a physically violent argument. Whatever the case may be, the employee should have grabbed a manager to diffuse the customers anger and walked away. I’m ashamed and my daughter frightened. She literally stood on her booster seat and tried to climb on the table to leave. I will never come here again.

Horrible customer service The greeter had one of the lowest cut shirts on that I have ever seen. She was not friendly at all. The waitress was not friendly. She took our orders and sat in the booth behind us with her friends. We ordered 4 hamburgers all medium and 1 without tomatoes. 45 minutes later they came out all 4 with tomatoes 1 was well done and 1 was rare. The people who brought the food out(not our waitress) had no idea who got what. Further we had to ask them For a refill on soda that had been empty for 30 minutes. When the waitress finally cake back asked to speak to the manager. I'm not sure how this man got into management or customer service but he has no business being in either. I advised him of the above and he said he would address it. BTW he sis not apologize or take the food back etc. Well 10 minutes after we were done eating we received the bill and we are charged for all 4 burgers. I called manager back over and told him I'm not paying for a burger that was not cooked correctly he then asekd where it was -implying that I ate it and then he sent over another waitress again telling me that I ate it. Horrible.

We were a large group- 8 adults and 5 children under 6. We were seated in a nice room at the back of the restaurant. Food was great and service was attentive but not overwhelming. A couple of minor miscues- fries instead of fruit for one of the kids- but overall a very nice dinner.

We usually love it here; always good food and drinks and speedy service. This time not as much. Our food took 50 minutes to come and it wasn’t even that crowded for a Saturday night. I ordered the sample platter appetizer with mozzarella sticks and when I received it I was surprised to see one of my moz sticks had a hole in it and there was no cheese..that was a little odd. Also my boyfriend got the French onion soup and the cheese was pretty burnt. The potato skins on the sample platter were pretty crispy as well. The waitress and staff were great, very friendly!! We’ve always received excellent meals, but this time not so much.
