One of my favorites, if not my #1 favorite soul food restaurant. I wish the establishment will one day expand the size. It is a very small in size, and only seats 12-15 people tops, and that would make it tight in there. The small side is more for takeout. I have been on the bigger side for Sunday brunch. Love the jazz band, and the full buffet. Today in particular, my mother said let's go out to eat. I really wanted her to try this restaurant. Her stomach is very sensitive, and can't eat certain things. I just wish the waitress was a little bit more patient, and not so fast to catch an attitude, when trying to order the food the way she likes it . Overall, my mother enjoyed the food as well. She loved her extra crispy chicken and she enjoyed the the Sweet Potatoe Fries as well. I liked the Seafood Delight, but was a huge fan of the crab cakes. It was just okay. The string beans had that extra kick to it. The Mac & Cheese was/is my favorite side dish. Delicious!

I called early to place an order for pickup. When I arrived at Sweet Potatoes, everything was ready. Professional and courteous. The food was delicious. My mom loved everything, especially the sweet potatoes and banana pudding. I will be visiting again.

I love the food here..a great choice if you can't get home cooked..the price is right for the portions. The downside is if you want to eat in there is virtually no seating, one family and a couple is about the max amount. I usually order ahead and pick it up. The people who work there have always been friendly and professional.

Great service. Somewhat of a small space. The food was good but a tad bit salty

Good old fashioned soul food. The greens were great. Every thing I ordered was very good.
