The Wooden Spoon offers tasty, stick-to-your ribs food at a reasonable price. Must-haves include the brussel sprouts and tater tots. Notably, it has a mix your own mac-and-cheese option on the menu. Good service combined with tasty food makes this a good value. It also has original art on the walls.

Really good restaurant that my friends introduced me to. The buffalo shrimp is hella good. They have some of the best wings. Better than candlelight inn and rudy's and buffalo wild wings. My garlic bread butter with mushrooms didn't taste that great. I ordered a medium burger and received it well done.

Went on a Friday night waited 20 minutes for a table, was rushed to make an order after getting a table cause kitchen was closing soon. Several other customers waiting long times for food and service. Our drinks came after our food was served after asking them where they were. The female bartender was busy chatting with others and totally forgot to make our drinks. The food was good, but definitely understaffed for a Friday night there was only 2 people serving and it was obvious they were overwhelmed.

I used to love this place. Always my first choice to grab a bite in new roc. I went there tonight for dinner and what I saw was disgusting. We sat at the table closest to the kitchen, and I saw the guy in the kitchen picking up a wing from the floor and the order went out within 30 seconds. Unless he cooked a new wing in 30 seconds or the order went out incomplete, that wing he picked up went to the table that ordered it. I’m not one to make a scene, so I didn’t say anything, but I won’t be coming back there again.
