Best BBQ in WNY hands down. Staff is always friendly, food comes fresh and fast. Owners are awesome and some down to earth people. They appreciate their customers and I appreciate this restaurant. It is a must if you are in the area...hell it is a must even if you aren't! You will not be disappointed.

My new Favorite Restaurant! Received a gift certificate from my nephew for Christmas. Hands down the best food and service. I will definitely be back. I had the Portabella Mushroom sandwich and the fries were amazing as well. Everything was perfect.

While the staff was very good. The food was amazing. I got a ribs and brisket combo plate. The ribs were done to perfection but the brisket, what is better than perfect...the brisket was hands down the best brisket I have ever eaten and I have eaten lots of brisket. I highly recommend Smoke on the Water. In fact I don't just recommend it, I'm telling just go.

This is my brother in-law’s favorite place to eat when he and his family come to town to visit us. The food is great weather dinning in and/or take-outs. Staff is so friendly and it don’t take long to prepare the meals. The outside deck located next to Ellicott Creek make a great setting especially at night time during the summer. This place is the best spot in town for great dinning.
