I gave it three stars only because of the excellent server. Very personable, friendly, and accurate. The food was mediocre and overpriced. Boring. I went here because it was open on a holiday. I'm really really done with Applebees!! There are too many restaurants in Western New York to subject myself to such mediocrity!

We haven't gone to Applebees in a very long time, due to past terrible experiences. But we decided to try it again after receiving a gift certificate. Again we were unsatisfied and unhappy. The service was ridiculous. No utensils and coffee for my husband only. Forgot my cup. There was only the two of us. The food was so skimpy for the prices. Steak dry and chewy, burger small. Paid extra for dry , Mac and cheese, about 1/4 cup. We were so unimpressed, never again!

Friendly staff. The wait for food seemed long but the food was good. Good dessert. Clean restrooms.

Service was pretty slow. Portion sizes were pretty uneven. My mom's order of soup was a ladleful (at most!) And my tacos were huge (But delicious)

Good food, nice server.. went for bday-my mom told them it was my bday and they thought it was MY daughter's bday..lol..instead of 40, they said 3(my daughter's 5 tho..lol) i thought was funny..n didn't correct them(felt rushed) n just ate the brownie n ice cream, LoL
