I went with my mom for her birthday. We only go twice a year(my birthday and hers) because it is expensive, but how can we pass up $30 off? We love the whole hibachi grill. It's part of the reason of why we go. Our chef Santos(I think his name was) was amazing. Very different that others that we have had in the past. We both ordered Chicken Fried Rice(which is the best ever). For dessert I got the Banana Tempura. I love it so much. I also make sure we get there early enough to be able to have it because if you go too late you cannot get it. We will definitely be returning for all of our birthday's too come. You can add a lobster tail to any hibachi meal(for $15). It will be the best lobster tail ever, but you have to figure out is it worth it to spend $15 for 1 lobster tail.

Great experience. I hadn't been to Benihana (or any similar places) in a long time, so it was fun. If you've been there before, there won't be much new stuff to see in the way of the performance, but it's still entertaining. Worth it for a once- or twice-a-year meal. The food was very good. Great service. I went with a birthday coupon ($30! The highest-value birthday coupon I received!), and there was no trouble redeeming it. Try to bring someone who's never been there before - you kinda get to experience it for the first time again, through them.

My wallet was stolen from this restaurant. The staff and manager did not help me find it. I kept asking for help. They all ignore me. My husband also asked and the manager was nasty, hostile and uncooperative. When police arrived the managerwould not show any of the tapes. He would not cooperate with the police. Please do not go here!!!! Your just not safe. The police told me it’s one of the top places to get robbed in this area in the parking lot. For the record my entire table of wonderful human man beings were very unhappy with the food and service. The bathroom was also filthy. BY THE WAY I have filled that form out 3 times. No response.

Made a reservation 3 days in advance for 8pm for a table of 12 people. It was my girlfriends birthday. We were there at 7:50 pm checked in with the hostess. She informed us of a 30min wait. I understand they were busy and we agreed to wait. After a hour wait we asked the hostess how much longer. She told us she had no idea how much longer the wait would be and they will have to sit walk-ins before us. We were also told they might have to split our party up. We left at that point and went to another hibachi restaurant
