We had Caitlin and her team from Bistro Thyme cater our small wedding this past fall and it was incredible. Five stars is well deserved. Caitlin was such a pleasure to work with. She was attentive to our tastes and requests and offered great insight to what would go well with our venue and wines. Her team was professional, attentive, and the food was outstanding. Some highlights were the individual charcuterie boards with this lavender honey that people are still talking about. The cheeses and meats were unique picks and great conversation point. The wood fired duck ravioli had this beautiful rich smoke flavor and the individual beef wellingtons were cooked perfectly and were gorgeous on each plate. We had a small wedding with just family so the group was about 15 people plus a few plates for the people helping with the wedding. They timed each dish perfectly leaving enough time between courses and took they time to tell us about each dish. It really made the dinner a great success and encouraged great conversations. If you are looking for catering, look no further. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Many many thanks to Bistro Thyme, Caitlin, and her whole team for helping making our wedding so very special. Your hard work, dedication, and passion show so beautifully in the meals you prepare. : ) Photos from @bonfirehartphotography

The dining room is very well decorated, relaxing and extremely clean. The proprietor Caitlin is welcoming and very focused on making her establishment a part of the local community. The food is prepared with care and love and it shows. Looking forward to enjoying a German dinner there on Friday night.
