When I arrived I was seated right away. The did ask for my first and last name which I thought was weird because I did not mkae reservation. My server was great and he provided good service. The only thing I did not like was he failed to mention the 3 course meal which is half the price of the 4 course meal. Overall good experience and I would go back.

Waitress was super nice but that was the only good thing about this place. We got our cheese fondue and it tasted like straight low quality white wine. There was way too much wine in there. It was served with tough bread cubes and a tiny dish of small pieces of vegetables. Not sure how you're supposed to dip a 1cm piece of celery into a pot of hot fondue... we asked to not have the rest of our food brought out because we didn't want to pay the outrageous price for nasty food. Still ended up paying over $50 for 3 drinks and the cheese fondue that we didn't eat. Definitely won't go back or recommend. But if you can get passed the cheese course you might be drunk enough to enjoy the rest of your meal!

Went here for hubby's birthday. Great experience from start to finish thanks to our waiter, Charlie. He catered to us like we were the only ones in the restaurant... We were not. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Special touch was a happy birthday written in chocolate. He was extremely attentive and very courteous. Would definitely recommend this place for the atmosphere, food and fun. Ask for Charlie.

Food is great, but it can get very pricey. I felt pressured to get the full course meal instead of a la carte because there aren't many entree only prices on the menu. If you plan on going with someone else make sure you have similar taste buds because most likely you will be sharing one type of fondue, broth, and dessert mixture in one pot per 2 person table.

I have been wanting to go here ever since it came to the mall. My friend and I went for lunch. We had there fondue deal that was going on at the time. The service was great and I like the serving style they do. The fondue was not good,it's tasted like straight wine and maybe bitter because of the type of cheese. They don't use cooking wine either. My friend and I became so sick after eating the fondue. We will never go back. The fondue is the only thing we tried because we love fondue. Too much wine in the fondue. We tired the 3 or 4 cheese and there was one that had mustard and bacon in it. They tasted about the same. The one with bacon we were told it wasent going to be as strong as the other one thats why we got it but it was stronger than the other one .
