This was my first experience here. Ordered take out and the food was delicious! I also appreciated how tightly everything was wrapped in our takeout bag to prevent spills. I would highly recommend this place for Indian food!

Grocery store: spices are old. They buy in bulk and repackage. The cumin smelled old. The rest of their product are standard Indian fare.

We really wanted to like this restaurant. Since Tandoor Flame went out, we've been missing Indian food in Webster, but this location only served to solidify that the drive to Henrietta for a better experience is worth the time. The dining room is dark and quite cold in the winter. We had to eat with our coats on, on most occasions. The girl at the register/waitress also would wear her coat, stating that she had no control over the thermostat. Each time I had to send back dirty masala chai tea cups to be cleaned because they had tea stains in them. They'd bring them back in 2 seconds after a cursory wipe with a cloth. Eicks..The silverware is often dirty as well. The chicken and beef curry dishes are great, but they only intermittently make fresh naan bread, and do not bring it to each table, but leave it to dry out on the buffet....the buffet selection is also the smallest I've seen at an Indian restaurant. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere, unless serious changes are made, this will not last. Indian House if you are listening, please make much needed improvements! We really want to like you!

The steps were not shoveled, the food was only ok & the service was slow and awful. Not impressed and disappointed because I love Indian food!!
