Charlie the butcher is a restaurant like no other they specialize in fine cuts of meat especially beef. Each day of the week they have a featured sandwich. An example is ham sandwiches on Monday corned beef on Wednesday and so on. Last time they're the three of us got roast beef sandwiches and they was Simply Delicious. So give Charlie the butcher a try. Something I noted a while we were there and we were probably there eating for 45 minutes and during that time only three females came into the place. I'm not sure what that means. But don't go there looking for girls.

Tried this place for diner one night during my stay in Buffalo. Will be returning on my next stay. Had the Prime Rib sandwich as it was the daily special. Awesome!

It is the original beef on weck. It's like stepping back in time inside which I love. Food is always good. Fresh carved beef? Yup. Loganberry on tap? Yup. Buffalo to the bone? Always.

Most amazing beef on weck anywhere. I can't resist stopping by here for a sandwich anytime I'm in the area.
