I enjoyed my burger! All of the food was good but it took a long time to be served. There was only one waitress and she was also the food runner and cashier. Despite this she was still cheerful and friendly.

I enjoy coming to this little cafe so much. I especially love their roasted red pepper soup! Just wish I could get a bigger cup of it and would truly love to have the recipe!

The place is a little tight to get in and out. I had honey bbq wings. They were excellent. They must have good everything because they are always packed.

Good food and nice folks makes it a good place to grab a bite. It has a small town atmosphere which is friendly and inviting and way different than the big chain restaurants down the road. I stopped here by accident on my 1st visit but will intentionally return soon with company.

We both work in the food service with Mon and Teus off. That said, finding great food on the slowest 2 days of the week is difficult. Brick & Mortar's staff was helpful and friendly not "third string". I had the Journeyman burger and my son the Mason burger, both mid rare - awesome! Cheese fries with smoked bacon - best since leaving home 2 yrs ago. We will definitely drive 20 minutes south to Angier and make this a regular outing.
