Ridiculous. We arrived about 6:15pm. Placed our order. Then waited. And waited. And waited. Watched two other families come in, order, get their food, and finish. Finally at 7:30 We said screw it and got up to leave. Went to the cash register to pay for our drinks and had to wait 5 more minutes to get anyone at the register. Then our waitress comes running up to tell us our food is FINALLY ready. We're already up our table has been bussed so we tell her to just get it packed to go. TEN MINUTES LATER she walks out with our food in a bag. Yes, we're still asked to pay full price. We ask to speak to a manager, the cashier goes and comes back with a kid that could not have been older than 19. Literally he looked to be the youngest on staff by far. We explained the situation and all he said was, "Wow, I'm sorry. I don't know why that happened." No offer of a refund, discount, gift certificate, nothing. The waitress was more apologetic even though it wasn't her fault. We will not be back. (Oh yeah, and to top it all off, they got the order wrong!)

We just left this restaurant after finding a wire scrub brush wire in my wife's food. When this was contested with the employees they agreed to give us the food free which was fine(I guess). But they then proceeded to speak poorly about us in Spanish. However, my kids speak fluent Spanish and heard EVERYTHING!!! This place has sadly continued to progress down hill for the last few years. Its shame. It was once one of the best restaurants in the area. Not anymore.

The food is very good and prepared very well. Waitstaff nice and courteous. We plan to return. I would recommend La Hacienda to anyone.

I have eaten here for years but this last time was it for me. Their rating has gone down and the service was bad. The waiter looked like he'd rather be anywhere else, never even offered a refill. There are too many restaurants in town to choose from.
