Just one question...why don't y'all holler out "Welcome to Moe's!" when people walk in? Really disappointed that this custom is not followed here. Otherwise, the food and service is fine

Not 4 stars tonight but most nights. I come here a lot with my nephew. Nearly every Saturday when he’s in town. So we love Moes. Tonight however I called at 830 to place a pick up order. Nobody answers and I just drove by. So I thought maybe someone was on the phone..call back again and it just rings as I’m sitting across the street hoping it would be ready by the time I got there in a few. Disappointing to say the least. I get people want to clean up so they can get off at a good hour. But when the hours say close at 9, I should be able to call in a order to pick up. I’ll be back I’m quite sure because me and little man love Moes and it’s our ritual..but it’s disappointing from a loyal customer
