Worst experience at any restaurant in years! Seated at a table with ants climbing the walls. Sticky carpet all through the dining area.Bones in the flounder. After waiting for an hour to get the table made the mistake of having the food boxed to go. Fries weren’t cooked. Food tasted like frozen nasty leftovers. Threw almost all of it away. Paid $98 for trash. No compensation for the inconvenience. Even saw a waitress in a tie dyed T-shirt boxing up food and then licking the spoon. Gross!!! Last time we will spend a dime here. If you are considering eating here, DON’T!!!!! Going to let the health department know about our experience with hopes of preventing a future outbreak of food borne illness!! You guys are going to make people sick or worse.

After 4 visits in one week I'll have to say this could be my favorite restaurant in the vicinity .our Waitress was Stacy & we were lucky enough to get her every visit was the best.Food & service was excellent .

Food was excellent, well priced, the staff was very nice and attentive, and the restaurant was very clean! We were sat immediately and waitress was quick to our table. Our drink and food orders came out quickly despite a decently large crowd. We had a group of 8 and every one of us left happy and full! I will definitely eat here again if I'm in Oak Island.

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED. 9 a.m. Saturday morning. Ordered home fries with meal. Five minutes later waitress comes out and says they are out of home fries. Really? Out of home fries at 9 a.m. on a Saturday morning? Ordered omelette with green peppers only. Waitress came back with omelet and cheese. Not returning here! They've been in business long enough to know better.

I've eaten here several times over the past few years and got my first bad meal today, not horrible but not up to the standard here. I'm talking low grade crabcake, like frozen from the supermarket. The clam chowder was exemplary. Everything was cooked and served well but it could and should have been better. I used to really look forward to eating here but it's been slipping since they took the counter out. I won't condemn it but I won't recommend it either.
