Food is usually really good but they don't accept coupons that come from subway website

Great place, fast, good food, great employees here

Wow... The service at this location is unbelievably inept, even more so than most fast food franchises. Most of the time it is a chore to get the employees to listen to your order and carry it out correctly, but this is something that I can deal with, albeit with some annoyance. When I went in today, I was incorrectly charged $16.37 for one sub, chips, and a drink. Because I have frequented several subway locations recently, and always order the same thing, I know that my order should come to around $11.50. I spent a good 5 minutes arguing with the manager that both he, and his employee before him that had wrung up my order, had done it wrong, but repeatedly I got the same responses in broken English each time he opened his mouth. In the end he refused to correct my order and simply handed me a receipt. I will not be returning to this location for its repugnant service, and urge others to do the same. PS: Their toaster has also been malfunctioning for the greater part of a year, and they have yet to fix it. So if you do decide to go to this horrid location, make sure to repeatedly tell the inept employees to toast your sandwich for twice as long, if you are hoping to receive a toasted sub.

I especially usually like subway because it is a really easy place for a vegetarian like me to eat out on the go.
