This place is hit or miss. Came once and had a wonderful experience, came a second time and the place was so bad I will never come back again. The drinks came in dirty cups, they changed it out for me but with more dirty cups. Finally asked them to put the drinks in a to go cup. After waiting 45 minutes, they finally brought out my food but forgot all about the soups and salads. They got the order all wrong, on top of that. They didn’t even offer us the white sauce that you usually get at hibachi place. Oh and did I mention that they didn’t give us forks or chopsticks or any type utensil to eat our food? Sad because my first experience was pretty nice but I never come here ever again.

First off, my family was told max a 45 minute wait and we waited WELL over an hour for a table. I believe their air does not work because i'm very cold natured and I was sweating just sitting there, along with my 9 month old. MISERABLE pure misery. Once you finally get seated the servers suck. They never refill your drinks, they never take the salad soup bowls out, they even get your bill wrong 3 times before management has to get involved. You can clearly see in front of me a water not a tea and they still tried to charge me for a tea THREE times. HOWEVER, the cooks are amazing. The food is so delicious and they are the reason I have been back. However, I highly doubt after my families last experience we will ever return.

Waited over an hour to sit. Only 3 cooks working with 5 grills. Watched a family leave after waiting over 2 hours. Had to wait for a cook to come to the grill. Just not a pleasant experience. Food was good! Won’t be returning

We love this Kobe restaurant! It's much better than the Smithfield location. We are always seated promptly and all of the cooks are very entertaining and talkative. Food is always great and you get lots of it for the price!

We really like this place. The starter soup is one of the best I have ever had and quite often get extra quarts to bring home. The sushi is really good here too with a pretty good variety of specialty rolls.
