Great place to visit, atmosphere was cool. selection of beers on draft or canned gives you a wide variety to choose from. Reading some of the comments below, our service was great, time it took for our food to be served was normal for a place that makes your order ""AFTER"" you order it. I tried their stout on draft, it was excellent. I paired it with their Cuban sandwich which comes on a pressed flat bread. Both together were fantastic. FYI they have gluten free buns that come with sesame seeds you can order for any of their meals. My friend ordered that with his sandwich and was pleasantly surprised. Bottom line is, this is a must see location if you haven't been there yet. PS, to address the review from the confused person below. No they don't support Castro, this is a theme as you should be able to tell by the other iconic figures on the walls. I hope you're not confused any longer. LOL

Music was good. People were great. The food took really long tonight. I'm sure if it was because I am by myself or what but once the food came out it was on point. Either way I still taste this place at a four. Oh yeah my server was good too.

Great sandwich, but terrible service. It took 20 minutes for our waitress to serve us. She was a trainee, but clearly hadn't been trained at all. We weren't provided utensils or napkins for the entire meal. I know margins are thin, but restaurants should still train employees adequately or offer a round of drinks when the service experience is not adequate. Good luck, Cuban Revolution. I am not sure how they are still open. I have been 3 times. They literally never have enough staff. I don't get it. It is frustrating. The ambiance is great. Just wish everything else was up to par.

This was my first time here at this restaurant. Our waitress was Nikki. She seemed cool and down to earth but however when she took our drink orders I asked for tea. She came back with water. I asked for tea again. She came back with my fiancÃ©â€™s beer and not my tea. So I asked for it AGAIN and she said â€œactually I checked it and it was nothing but water in there so Iâ€™ll check it for you again.â€ As I continued to watch her run around and laugh and joke around with other tables I decided I didnâ€™t even want it anymore. Our food came out. We were not given any silverware. I asked her for some napkins and she said oh yeah Iâ€™ll be right back with those. She then proceeded to never bring us any silverware or napkins. My fiancÃ© eventually just got up and got some off the other table as we watched her run around and joke around with her coworkers. Finally at the end of our meal when we ask for our tab, she brings me my tea and I told her I did not want it anymore at that point. She showed us our total and said she would be right back with it so we could pay. We waited and waited and she never returned. We were so frustrated with her service that we just left our money on the table and left. Never will I ever go to this place again. It seemed chill and laid back but the service sucked! Very poor customer service. This business seems not to care about their bad reviews as Iâ€™ve read on all I see are replies to the good ones. That says enough for me!! You donâ€™t even deserve my 1 star review. You deserve no stars.
