They dropped Chicken on the floor and still cooked it. I know someone that used to work here. Also the women in the drive thru is very rude

This business is very unprofessional and slow... It takes them forever to get your food out to you... I have had many incidents were I've had to call the corporate office about my service and quality of my food... And nothing was still done about my food. I've tried to leave my Contact information at the link that the owner had left for me but it doesn't work and I couldn't leave any information there!

Visited this Bojangles location for lunch today. My mother-in-law loves their food so when we come into town we stop by this Bojangles and get her something. And I'm reluctant to go every time because it's almost inevitable that the order will be wrong. On this occasion we went through the drive-thru and ordered a homestyle tenders box with mashed potatoes and macaroni & cheese, a sweet tea, a water, and a half gallon of tea. We got the water at the window then pulled up to wait for the food. We waited several minutes which I didn't mind. The issue is after the food was brought out I checked the box and the mac & cheese was missing. We also realized that both the tea and half gallon were missing as well. So we had to be inconvenienced to go inside and wait several more minutes for the missing items. Add to that the fact that the lady getting the half gallon handed it to us dripping wet from spilled tea down the side. She didn't attempt to clean it first and we had to ask for it to be wiped off and put into a bag. That should have been done without asking. This Bojangles location is a complete disappointment. After 20+ times visiting there over the course of many years, they still mess up our order on a recurring basis. I'm finally frustrated enough to leave a review. I can't understand how they continue to operate so poorly. How does this location even have a 3.6 rating on Google?! It should be much lower. If it wasn't for my mother-in-law wanting their food I would never go there again.
