This was unacceptable. We went there and my wife's eggs coming right off the bar were ice cold. When I told the girl at the register, she gave me an evil look, took the plate and stormed off to the back. She microwaved the whole plate and gave it back to me!!!! Seriously!?!?!? Their staff is always so freaking rude!! And that's a shame because we love eating there!!!

Food not good enough to overlook how POOR there customer service is. Never returning after today's visit. Sweet tea is $1.50 And tastes just like water!!! Wouldn't recommend eating anything but there cheese biscuits. Also, just found out that they have been shut down a couple of times due to sanitation grades being sooooo LOW!

Food is great but the service is the worst in Greenville. Take some pride in your customers! Drive thru is a joke.

Customer service is horrible. Went in a couple weeks ago to buy breakfast and old lady at register yelled at me. She asked what did I get and I told her grits and one meat, she asked was the cheese biscuit with sausage mine (that was sitting in front of my order), I kindly told her no, only the grits and meat. She rung up my order and said $7.40! I asked how all I had was one order of grits and one meat. She yelled so loud at me and said "you told me you had this cheese biscuit" I said "maam no I didn't, I told you I had grits and one meat". She was all over the place acting ugly. I had to ask for a spoon and butter which she hesitated to get, then she pushed food to me and didn't even put it in a bag. I walked out with food, silverware, and butter in my hands trying not to drop it. Husband told me I should had asked for my money back. Poor, poor, poor customer service. Customer service in Tarboro and Pinetops out shine the customer in G'ville any day and any time!

There buffet is not a buffet they let you come up only 2xs and you can only get 1 cheese biscuit. The place smells a little molded. It needs alot of maintenance.
