Horrible slow service brought us cold food after 40 minutes. They completely forgot the appetizer and the lemon for two waters. Upon hearing the complaint, our sub par waitress told us to "hold on one minute" and then disappeared for 6 minutes. She then came back and told us that the manager said to throw the plates out and they would cook it over. My wife asked if it would take another 30 minutes and the waitress said that it could. I requested to speak to the manager and a gentleman claiming to be the owner responded to the table and apologized and then went on to whine about how his dishwasher quit today so he had to clean dishes.... So the owner then personally made our food and served us in 9 minutes (timed it). This was a very stand up thing to do and goes to the owners' credit. This, however, was ruined when the check came with the appetizer on it that we never received. When this was brought to the waitress' attention she again flippantly walked off rolling her eyes. This is not the way to run a business and judging by the other reviews this was not a one time thing. AVOID AVOID AVOID

My boyfriend and I went here for an early valentine's day dinner, as I'd had lunch here for work before and really enjoyed the salad bar. The hostess was great, but the waitress wasn't hitting on much. My boyfriend's food was okay, not worth the money. My chicken was raw on the inside. The manager did come to the table to let me know it was taken off the bill and ask if I would like to exchange for a different entree. The waitress was okay, but our drinks didn't get refilled and we weren't given any napkins or anything. Our empty salad bar plate sat on the table the entire time we were there. Overall, okay. A pretty place with a good salad bar. But, definitely not worth the steep price. You'd be better off just hitting 85 and going to Texas Roadhouse. It would be better and probably cheaper, really. 4.99 extra to add a salad bar? At a steakhouse?

Warm, rustic steak house, with excellent food and service! They also have a $9.99 early bird special (2-6pm) that is very good as well. I definitely will return again!

It took about 10 mins for us to be seated and the place was not busy. The loaded fries are very good. The 6oz I had was juicy and tender. I had a baked sweet potatoes and it was baked perfectly. My husband had wings and I thought they were very good. The place looks very rustic looking but inviting. VERY uncomfortable seating. Otherwise good spot. It is more on the expensive side but I think it's worth the yummy food. Our server was a very polite young lady. VERY good server. Attentive but not intrusive. Ask for Amber she was great.

Went after graduation. The place was so bad that it was actually fun to watch. You can only be upset at the place when you pull up at 8 pm on a Friday night and the parking lot is empty so I guess the rest of Henderson knows something and didn't tell the rest of us.
