First time, not the last time tho. Sunday buffet with Sunday family dinner eats. Fried chicken, slaw, potato salad, black eyed peas, creamed corn and much more. The food was tremendous and the peach cobbler was equally great. It’s family owned and you’re treated like family. Next time I’m in town I’ll eat there again.

This is the second experience that was not good. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the owners son was so pleasant. The food bar was half empty and we got there before noon. They were out of catfish, they were out of white meat chicken a fact that we were not told until after we had ordered the bar. They do not appear to be able to manage large crowds. Half the staff did not show up. I paid 50 dollars and left there not getting anything I really wanted. I left very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Great fried chicken and pork chops on the Sunday buffet. Server very friendly and not intrusive. Live music at lunch! Toddler ate free but Price $2/person higher than online menu. Sides not very good (especially pintos).

Good home cooked style food. Small Sunday buffet but the quality is there. Atmosphere is of an old fashioned family run diner.

Everything I’ve ever had has been great and their fried chicken is the best I’ve had! Daddy D’s is always a treat and everyone there is so friendly.
