Their food is not like the food in New Orleans, or anywhere else in Louisiana I have been. It is overpriced and under seasoned. Their "po boy" is $16, doesn't have any sauce (they give you mayo upon request), doesn't come with a side, is not on good crusty bead, and has no flavor. I will say the portion was large. The place was empty when we went in, and we didn't receive good service or good food. The owner and the waitress were on the computer together hanging out the whole time. On our way out the owner talked to us a little. He literally said "we will be getting more authentic as we go." Well, sugar, I won't be back to find out.

You must be out of your mind if you think this isn't cajun. Its authentic as it gets. I've always had great service and delicious food. Will definitely be back.

Very quaint little place with a very friendly staff! And the food is amazing! I had the catfish (which on any normal day would not be my anything I would get. I dont like it cause it has too much of a fishy taste) however I will be getting theirs again and again! It was so delicious! I also had their potato salad and omg better than my mommas (but dont tell her I said that lol) The fries have a wonderful flavor and the coffee ice cream, oh my, another new favorite! I have nothing bad to say about this place and cant wait for my next visit! It isn't very pricey at all either.

Simple cafe' setting and outstanding Cajun fare cooked up by a Louisiana native who is the real deal. Tried the gumbo, the red beans and rice, the fried chicken strips and the mac n cheese with roasted beef brown gravy. Oh, my! All were "gimme more, mista"-worthy. Highly recommend!
