Sad the more you come to a place the worst the service gets. Gave me a half empty luke warm ice coffee and a egg McMuffin with a egg still raw in the middle and where to busy to complain to because I had to be at work. I’m smart enough to not be furious a the McDonald’s Corp because of one restaurant but it’s been like this forever at this location. I’m not some cranky old guy. I’m only 29. I was in the bathroom and watched one of the employees not even use soap to wash there hands. Stop hiring lazy ignorant people maybe?It's the only fast food breakfast place really on Spartanburg hwy unfortunately. I never go there again

The chicken tenders were uneatable. The oil they were cooked in tasted rancid. They tasted old and oil soaked . The one star was for the fries.

I have lived here for over 20 years now, and ever since I've been able to get out and do on my own and ate here the service is always slow. The workers always seem less concerned about you and food is almost always cold. It doesn't even deserve one star.

This is a pathetic example of how to generate customer loyalty. First of all-internet states drive up opens at 4AM, went and it was not open. Returned at 5AM, second trip because of their error, and was told I could not use a coupon because it was 1 per day. I was only buying 2 and could have had my wife with me so we both could use a coupon, but was refused even after saying I was already there once because they don't have the correct hours listed. Rather than making a customer satisfied the person working (Florence) refused to honor my coupon and I left with making no purchase and will not be back. Florence, who did not wear a name tag- I had to ask her name, doesn't care about customer service and claims to be a manager will cost McDonald's many a customer. I maybe only one, but I work in a retail environment where I see hundreds of people a day. I can assure you, if someone mentions McDonald's or just gets on a story about eating out, I'll let them know how I feel. The sad part is-if I was treated like that many other customers were, as you can see by their ratings. Just stay away from this place.

Was stopping by on my way home from work to grab a bite to eat around 4:15am and I sat in the drive thru with no one else around for 5 minutes with no response even after saying “hello” and honking my horn a couple times. I drove past the drive thru window and the people were just standing there talking and laughing.
