The food here is average, at best, it really depends on the cook you have. You may see the busboy from the week before cooking. They rush people through like cattle trying to get the most turnovers as possible during either the lunch or especially the dinner serving times. I REALLY loathe being sat at table where everyone has already ordered and have they're soup & salad just so they don't have 2 empty seats. PATHETIC!!! I have been eating here for MORE THAN 2 DECADES so I would say this is fair assessment. .... they were not always this bad but I've had enough and probably will never go back. The main problem is there is ZERO competition in this area with hibachi grill's and I can't wait for the day someone opens another restaurant like this.!! It would not take much to get ALL of Kobe's business.

Just left, and I have to say it was great. Last time I went my experience wasn’t that good, but tonight made me a believer again. We had Chef Mike and this guy was an entertainer. Kept us laughing and was very prompt with food delivery. I highly recommend Kobe, and for the best experience ask for Chef Mike. It’s worth the wait.

Sometimes it's 5 stars. Sometimes it's 3 stars. It all depends on the chef cooking and how well staffed staffed they are. Today the chef was personable, the food well seasoned and cooked but there was a very large group of people that kept the wait staff occupied. Our table spent most of the meal with empty cups. My husband had to get one of our children a plate, fork and napkin. FYI tip is included on bill for a party of 5 or more.

I adore this restuarant! Link and Mike are so entertaining. The sushi is about 5 bucks a plate, and the cheapest entree is about 15 dollars. However, this place is absolutely worth it. Keep up the wonderful work, guys!
