Me and my grandma went out for lunch today for my birthday, though the food was good we shared spinach dip and the hot Italian sub, the service was very confusing and the food took way to long. Are waitress greeted us very promptly but from there she just ignored our table. The table right behind us came in a while after we were sat and they got there food before we even got our appetizer, and the waitress would just pass our table as she had the other table as well and kept serving them. Finally another server came over and said the other waitress was overwhelmed and she would be taking the table. I was very confused as there was only about 5 tables sat in the entire restaurant and plenty of servers. As for the other waitress she was awesome, just wish we started with her would’ve definitely gave the place 5 stars!

Great meal and excellent server. She went beyond just being your regular waitress. She has such a pleasant and sincere smile. She made me particularly feel very special by suggesting what she thought I might like to try. Great personality

Came here recently to meet a friend on his birthday. I ordered a burger and fries, but I asked for no salt on the fries. Well, instead of just frying some fries while my burger cooked, and plating them before adding salt... They took some already cooked and salted fries and dipped them back in the oil to wash the salt off (The waitress actually explained this to me when she brought the plate, they dipped them in the oil twice to make sure all the salt was off.) So, instead of fresh cook fries, I got a soggy ball of potato grease sponges. I'm disappointed that this happened in the first place, it's just a sign lazy cooks not caring about their product. What I can't believe is the nonchalant manner they have about such poor practice, they just tell the customer they do it.

Yesterday afternoon (5/12/18) we arrived an hour early to try and get a table for 10 people and the managers refused to let us sit together in the pool room when there was clearly space to do so and was EXTREMELY hateful the entire time, nearly ruining my graduation party. I have never seen upper management in a restaurant be so disrespectful to customers! We will never be back!

If you are a sports guy this place is for you! No matter where you sit you can see a TV! Service was great and the food was delicious plus reasonably priced. The dry rub wings are excellent! I will be back for sure.
