My advice is to go inside. The drive thru seems to struggle. The food is great. You will wait for it but it’s good. We love Zaxbys. I would recommend Zaxby’s. Not the drive thru.

We ordered at the drive thru. They did repeat my order. Got up to the window and got the food. I looked in the bag and only counted boxes I didnt open them. Got home and had the wrong food. It was buffalo and my kids couldnt eat it. I tried calling and nobody answered. It was too far to drive all the way back. So emailed corporate and was told they would forward. Never heard a thing. Wont be going back to this location.

This is the best Zaxby's in the area. Food is always good, usually not too crowded, and it hasn't been remodeled to look like a barn with tacky decor.

The managers attitude. Had me banned because she thought I was someone else, never fully understood why? The staff were not friendly. The food was good and over all a clean place. They are never that busy.

We have always loved Xaby's! However the one on LR Blvd in Hickory NC has gotten TERRIBLE! The last 5 times I have been something has been missing! 1st they had NO LARGE CUPS, Second they had NO DRINK TRAYS, and 3rd They did not place celery sticks in our plates with our orders! Each time I ask WHY are these items not available, and the employees at the drive through window (Each time a different person) told me the same answers, THE MANAGER IS TRYING TO SAVE MONEY so he does not order supplies as needed!! He cheats people out of the convenience of drink trays! Doesn't place all food ordered in plates! and Skimps on Large Cups at times! This place needs new MANAGEMENT ASAP! The one on springs rd however is still A+ in service and food! BTW I was not offered any complimentary ANYTHING or refund for them skimping on our orders!! TERIBBLE SERVICE and MANAGEMENT!
