My husband and I used to eat at Dickie's at least once a week sometimes more. I doubt we will go anymore. The past few times we have gone the restaurant has been dirty. Several employees are there and hardly any customers but almost all tables are dirty. Most of the time they are out of one of the meats that we want. Also a big problem is the parking lot. Texas Roadhouse customers take most of the spaces. The prior owner of Dickie's had a sign saying it was for Dickie's customers only. We really miss the brisket....that was our favorite--and the ribs but I just cannot eat in a restaurant that is dirty or out of what we want! Sorry because this used to be a great place to eat!

Food is awesome but unfortunately, it lacks customer service. The customers pretty much has to be the ones to smile, greet & say "Thank you" to the employees! Not to mention, the order is always wrong too. This place would be awesome if only the owner did a better job at selecting his/her employees!

Whoever manages/owns this place should be ashamed of themselves. Mother's Day 2018 & a Sunday (kids eat free day) and this restaurant is out of every meat except for pork and beef by 6:30pm. Meaning no chicken, turkey, or sausage on, I repeat, kids eat free night?! It is a BBQ joint, yet it is out of regular BBQ sauce? (*hot and vinegar were in limited supply too*) By far, the worst aspect of this dining experience was that there were only 2 people working in the place. How could you even think to leave only 2 non-management employees to tend a restaurant on a peak night?

Prices are a little steep for what you get. My food was hot, and it was delicious, but I think the prices need to be lowered a bit, especially since I had to wait 20 minutes to give my order. The poor girl that was working there was alone and running the whole place by herself. She was friendly and doing the best she could.

Combination plate is right for me. BBQ sauce heated in warmer adds the right flavor. I do miss the dill pickles on the bar which disappeared some time back.
