Terrible service. They literally messed up each item we ordered. How is that even possible? Waited 20 minutes to get our food, and only got a "sorry". And y'all already know Hardees is a LONG wait. But listen, everybody makes mistakes; and this could have been a terrific opportunity to show great customer service. I showed them my receipt for proof, and expected a little more than "sorry." I don't know, maybe a refund? At least a voucher for a free burger? Nope. The manager completely ignored this situation, by the way. Stood 7 feet from me. Here's my recommendation: go to the Wendy's down the road. Double Stacks are $1 right now.

Avoid this place at all costs. I waited 40 minutes for my food before asking for a refund. They had given my food to someone else and then wanted me to take it without them remaking it. There are too many other quick great places to eat nearby do not go to this Hardee's

Wish they would hire some more people! The food is really good. They are the only Hardee's that fries the french fries long enough. All the other ones have soggy fries. The food looks like the picture too! Always only 2 guys. Thank goodness they always rock it!
