The food was great. Best bush puppies in the south. The cod was flaky and cooked well; vegetables were streamed and seasoned just right; popcorn shrimp - well, if you mess that up, you shouldn't be in business. Service from wait staff was first class. The gentlemen kept our drinks full but wasn't in our way. The only reason I dropped it to a 4 star is the hostess. There wasn't a welcome initiation or kind gesture; it was a direct "how navy menus do you need?" interaction. I don't expect a welcome party but I wasn't expecting.. nothing.

The service is very good. You do not have to wait very long unless it is on a Sunday after church, and usually that is not really bad. The food is awesome. The home cooked meals on Sunday are just what they say, "Home Cooked." All of the sea food , steaks, chicken and everything is delicious. You need to try it.

This restaurant gives you the feel of close nit community and friendly warm atmosphere, from the moment you walk thru the door till you leave. The food is homemade and they take pride in that I had the ribs and they where falling off the bone good. Mac and cheese so creamy and good make you wanna shout "God Bless America !" The french fries hand cut and the pecan pie so damn good make you wanna slap ya momma and ask her "what recipe you using?" The blowing onion knocks Outback Steakhouse out the park it's crisp and tender, when you pull it off had me thinking it was crab meat!!!! I shall be going back again! And if you have a chance to stop by do so and if not that also have a pick up available as well!

Great place when you're on the mood for some different affordable fast food. Mostly fried seafood. Not a lot of healthier options like steamed or broiled, but the food is tasty. Only real drawback is the soda cups pick up the smell and taste of the seafood.

Food was decent and hush puppies were yummy as was the desert. Service was great, waitress was friendly and everyone had a good time. Didn't order any seafood though but I take it that it must be really good.
