I was one of two customers in the store. Placed my order at 3:56. At 16 past 4:00 I'd run out of time to eat. Still no other customers in the store and still no food. I explained I had no time to eat and wanted my money back. The lady who waited on me was on her cell phone and the woman working the drive through yelled for someone to give me a refund. Through all this not a single person spoke to me to apologize. The lady kept trying unsuccessfully to open the register all the time trying to get someone to help...at 4:30 I walked out without food or my refund because they still hadn't opened the register. Worst experience I've ever had at any Zaxbys anywhere! The worst part was the fact that I was one of only two customers who'd ordered and no one else in the place!

We love zaxby's food! Although it's always best to dine in. For some reason the food looses to much temperature for take out! And it's not nearly as good, cold! And we're maybe 5 mins from there. So if you want to enjoy their great food, I'd suggest you dine in!

Zaxbys has amazing food. My favorite as far as fast food. This location however is terrible. There have been very few times I have been here without a problem.... I gave up

Food is still decent. Service used to be good, not so much today. Took me 20 minutes to get a salad! The manager did finally step in & handle it & refunded my money. Maybe just an off day.

The food is good but should cost less for whaat you're given. Every time we've visited this place the dining area isn't up to par. During our most recent visit, the dining area was colder than outside, tables not clean & ceiling fans going like its the middle of July. Our cashier was helpful & suggestive.
