What a great night of dining out. The steaks are done to perfection and that lava cake is one of my favorites! I'm not a chocolate or desert fan, but this one is hard for me to pass up on. The staff is also always so welcoming and genuine. Great place!

We have always loved going to Carrabba's Italian Grill for dinner on special occasions, since 2005 when we went to one in Dayton, Ohio!!! Today we were promptly greeted and arranged to be seated in less than a minute. Our waiter was awesome and she gave us enough time and took down the orders correctly. I am pleased with our table service as our orders came out as ordered. Our glasses were refilled promptly and so 5* for nice service. We had strawberry cheese cake for dessert and was phenomenal; came with several spoons for all of us to share. We got a surprise... free lasangna to-go 'coz of their specials in that location. Very well treated and I will go here again.

Me and my wife love eating here, the service is great and the food is satisfying. They make sure you're comfortable and well taken care of. Definitely in our monthly budget for one of our date nights.

My husband, 2 kids and I walked into Carrabba's this past Friday evening and found it to be very disorganized. There was a hostess ( I assume that was her job title, although she didn't appear to know what she was doing), who advised us to sit down (without taking our name or anything) and stated she would clean a table off for us. In the mean time, we saw multiple parties come in who provided their names and were handed a pager. There was one group that approached the stand and advised they had been waiting for 35 mins and they too, had not been given a pager and were finding others being seated before them. Another family came in and had 'called ahead' but were then informed they don't do reservations and they would have a wait of about 35 mins. In addition, there were multiple other customers going to the hostess stand and complaining about the wait time at the table, one man complained he had been waiting 30 mins to get his check to pay (come to find out, his waitress walked out). The girl at the hostess stand looked absolutely clueless throughout all of it. There was a waiter who had gone to the hostess stand multiple times in attempt to resolve all of the complaints, however, he kept having to leave to get the manager to resolve the issues. After seeing multiple complaints while waiting, we opted to hand our pager over and walked out. We have no intentions of ever returning to this restaurant.

Top notch food and service. I had Chicken Marsala which was excellent. All in our party were happy with their meals. Generous portions. Have eaten at Carrabba's before and will happily do so again.
