Service is slow and unfamiliar with menu, menu options, specifics regarding promotions and specials. Floors dirty and sticky. Food is drastically substandard. A kidney stone is a more enjoyable experience. Avoid at all costs. Go to the Apex location.

ONE STAR IS TOO HIGH A RATING. I hardly ever complain about service or a business. I know that things happen sometimes. BUT I AM TOTALLY TICKED OFF RIGHT NOW. PIZZA HUT in Holly Springs has the worst customer service that I can remember. WAITED 45 MINUTES FOR MY ORDER. I was sitting right in front of them and they never bothered to tell me it was ready. THEN TOTALLY 100 PERCENT MESSED MY ORDER UP. OVERCHARGED ME BASED ON WHAT I GOT AND FLAT OUT DID NOT CARE. TO TOP IT OFF the Manager refused to come out from the back and talk to me about it. I felt bad for the poor little high school kid so I decided to let it go. ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER GO BACK.
