This restaurant is just nasty and horrible. The people who work there are so rude. They have zero customer service skills. I have a friend who was an assistant manager at the grocery store next door and said they found the owner (man) in their dumpster pulling out cabbage and other produce/food items... Eeewww ! If you are looking for a great Chinese restaurant in Holly Springs go to China Best around the corner in the Lowes grocery store plaza. Chen's Garden is beyond nasty. I wouldn't let my dog eat here.

They never speak to me when I come in their restaurant. I say thank you and they never respond. Why spend money to pay their bills and I can't even get a simple hello or thank you for coming. That's insulting. Not only that the lady speaks her langage to the man cooking and then he looks at me with this discomforting look. I just wish they would learn customer service then they would be great. They serve the best egg rolls around.

Chen's was my go to Chinese for years! Hardly ever went anywhere else. Staff were kid and remembered me, always happy to cater to my requests. Best chicken noodle soup ever! Lo Mein is fantastic. Now I've moved out of the area and haven't found anywhere that compares. I miss it so much!

Food is good but HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The lady looks like the most miserable woman on earth. Won't even smile!!! I even told her to smile and she gave me a bad look. Lol. They do not give egg rolls with their lunch specials.

Best Chinese food I have ever eaten. I respect them more that they were closed on Thanksgiving and they gave the employees the day off. Great business with great values.
