First thing we walk into a nearly empty restaurant, no one greets us. I even make eye contact with some of the waitstaff, nothing. So 5 minutes go by, and apparently the rush died down enough for them to acknowledge our presence. So our waiter was fine, he was new but he was trying so I’m not going to crucify the kid. But I ordered my wings with a mix of sauces, the way I’ve ordered them every time I go for the last 5 years at least. Fast forward to over 30 minutes later we get our food and the waiter tells me the cook told him they couldn’t do my wings the way I ordered them( Parmesan garlic mixed with the buffalo dry rub) even though this exact location did it that way 2 weeks ago. So waiter kid says he will talk to the manager, but he must have been dead or something because I never saw him. Not impressed at all, going to find a new place for when I want wings. The first time I went wasn’t great either, they got my food right but the waitstaff was arguing with one another in front of customers because one girl wanted to go home early so they were refusing to seat people in the dining room because she wanted to leave early. Real classy joint.

This place was terrible. It was slow on a Friday and there wasn't enough help. New manager on his first night and said he had complaints all day. Food came out cold. Wings had no sauce. Guy handed one person at the table the silverware to hand to the rest of us. Ordered a tequila shots and he didn't ask if I wanted it dry, with or without salt or lime, and I got it chilled without request. The damned thing was straight water. I don't want to come back here again.

The service I received was unacceptable. The girl, Casey, stayed on her phone while we needed refills and asked her to get us sauce. Then when I didn’t tip her she asked if something was wrong and I told her and the manager came over and the girl became very aggressive and the manager did nothing. Unacceptable.

After spending $30 on music we were not informed that tv takes priority over music. Our music was cut off ... manager was rude. Acted like he had zero respect for those spending money. Should have been a sign. Lost $30. No refund. No apology. Manager seemed ignorant and arrogant. All we asked for was a refund. Terrible customer service from ignorant manager.
