Went to this taco bell to get a bite to eat, and I remember a lady in front of us say to the cashier that she had bad customer service. I work in food service and I know that customers can be quite difficult so I was as nice as every to the cashier when I pulled up. Right away I can tell that she doesn't like her job. No ice any of our drinks, wrong order was given to us, and she didn't even use her manners. Not even simple customer service attitude. I told the cashier, who I think is named Jasmine T, thank you three different times and to have a good night. She didn't say nothing. No respect what so ever. This is the second bad experience i have had with this taco bell. Need to learn how to train their employees in customer service because people who work at a gas station 24/7 have better service than them.

Apparently nobody can do there jobs even half ass right at this sorry excuse of a restaurant. I have worked fast food and still have friends who do. Everyone has bad days so I try and deal with the small stuff. It is always something I have never been here and not had something wrong or happen either dine in or drive thru. I have had enough and I will do everything in my power to make sure that others are aware of the disgusting excuse for food and what ever the hell you call employees. Ignorance is everywhere you go now but this place takes it to a whole new level and has no kind of leadership or stability whatsoever. The few that enjoy there jobs or try and make some kind of effort have to deal with these jackass's too. The mangers step back and watch and laugh at those who do try and right there wrongs. You should be ashamed and you don't deserve to have the positions when there are plenty out there needing a job and will gladly do your job for you. Then you so called managers hire your junkie friends who shoot up in the bathroom and when reported you both play dumb. Next time I will be getting it on tape and you can explain it to a judge.

This so called restaurant is the worst taco bell I have EVER been to. Every single time I go to this location they never seem to get my order right. I have worked fast food and I am also still currently a cook. I am not even sure where to begin with this place. For one, they never seem to put everything you pay for in the bag and when they do remember, it's sloppy. Half of their machines never work and when you ask for anything the staff acts as if it's coming out of their check. I ordered for 20, and when I asked for more sauce they gave me 2 packets. I am going to continue to spread the word that this is a terrible establishment so no one else has to deal with this as well. I now have to drive my family farther to have a decent meal at taco bell.

The past 2 times we've went in the past month. They are out of everything or something is broken. Last night they were out of burritos shells! How does that happen? Lol the girl at the counter was nice though. And last time we called to see if they were opened about 12 and the "manager" said no they are closing early. But then my girlfriend stopped by after work and they were still opened and serving. I'll take my extra few mins and go to the one by Gillis hill instead now.

Unfortunately, this store has lacked good leadership over the last few months. Take the time to drive to Raeford Rd. Or Skibo. Tonight they got more than half of a large family order wrong in the drive thru and when I called back to let them know they offered no apology that had sincerity in it. It was a limited replacement if I would drive all the way back up there to give them the order. I offered to do just that but if I wasted my gas and additional time then I felt they should replace that part of they order and refund me the $6 part of that order for my trouble. They refused and hung up on me. I took the order back and accepted just the refund. That’s the last I will spend at this location. And people think the minimum wage should increase to $15? How about earning it.
