Sorry customer service is becoming a regular issue at the Hope Mills, NC location. I understand the drive thru can become a little backed up but that's the burden of the beast. At breakfast, lunch and dinner times the lines will get longer but that's no excuse for forgetting a portion of the order or what happened this morning the girl at the window threw a half gallon of tea in a bag crushing five sandwiches and a half dozen bo-berry biscuits shoved it towards me and as soon as my hand was on the bag she slammed the window shut. I spent $21.00 on this food and got a crushed up mess when I got home. IF I go back you can trust that I will be that jerk that sits at the window in the drive thru line with cars wrapped around the building while I open each and every individual sandwich to make sure I'm not wasting my money on sorry a product presented by sorrier employees!

A couple of days ago I received 2 Boberry biscuits and one had a hair in it. I called and the lady on the phone was very nice. I go today to receive my new biscuits and I got an attitude by the manager working. The girl working the front counter took 10 minutes taking another persons order and kept walking away. Also, she would touch money then touch food which is cross contamination. That crew had such horrible attitudes and customer service!!

Oh my God , when salt is the main taste in your mouth and you can't taste the flavor. Can you say high blood pressure.
