I saw from the road lunch buffet. So I stop in for lunch. Went to pay my bill and it's now gone from a 4.99 lunch to a 7 something lunch. I said wait a minute. What happened with the 4.99 lunch? She says that's if u buy a drink. I said I was not told this. They had one server. And she was trying to do everything at this hope mills location. She would kinda yell at u as u walked in buffet? Must would say he's. As yes is cashing others out. The as u looked around for a seat, she would tell u to set anywhere but the back, it's closed. Then she would ask what are u drinking at your sit or she'd ask from the front as she is ringing others out as u were looking for a sit. She was good at one arming a job others for sure didn't show up for. But NOT having the lunch special explained and costing me more at check out was really NOT A GOOD WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. WHEN PEOPLE HAVE A FIXED INCOME AND THINK THEY HIT A DEAL TO SAVE MONEY ON LUNCH THEN GET HIT WITH MORE A CHECK OUT IS REALLY NOT GOOD TO DO TO PEOPLE. WHAT IF $5.75 WAS ALL I HAD TO EAT WITH?? I DIDNT ORDER A DRINK CAUSE I WAS TRYING TO SAVE MONEY! I THEN DIDN'T GET THE 4.99 DEAL CAUSE, ITS ONLY IF U BUY A DRINK, WHICH I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT. So the couple of dollars I wanted to tip the server had to go to cover a deal I didn't get!!, cause I order a WATER. WOW!! WHAT A BUNCH OF MESS! THIS LUNCH (SPECIAL) TURNED OUT TO BE!! MUST SERVERS EXPLAIN THE SPECIALS,!! I won't try that again!! One day I will go back and look up that server, to give her a tip. SHE LOST OUT THAT DAY, I ALWAYS TIP A SERVER!! SHE DIDNT GET ONE THIS DAY! NOR DID THE MANAGER, TRY TO SHOW ANY KINDNESS, AND FIX THIS PROBLEM OF NOT BEING TOLD HOW THE BUFFET SPECIAL WORKED. The SERVER was the one doing all the work, as I could see. BAD pizza hut! You COST the server her TiP!! KINDNESS MATTERS!!!

Pizza is always good. They never have someone helping in the front the waitress does everything. She was polite and friendly. Pizza is good Every time

We waited 20 minutes just to be seated never coming back waiters were very lazy we had to go up and ask to get are ticket and had to go to where they where cooking the pizza just to ask to be seated! We had to go up and ask to get a refill on our drinks and we spent a over 1 hour there also waited 20 minutes to get drinks and 40 minutes for our food!!!! Awful service I recommend to everyone to never go there and they should close!

Worst sauce for a pizza hut. It turned us off to eating there again. The staff was really great though.

Super fast delivery. However, my pizza was burnt. Apparently they got new ovens and there is nothing they can do about the pizzas coming out burnt. When I called in they said I was basically SOL.
