Wish I could rate them no stars. I have been here several times and the service has gotten progressively worse. During the lunch buffet they hurriedly seat you in a moderately dirty dining room with unbussed tables. Tell you to go ahead and fix your lunch only to wait 15 minutes to receive your drink selection. Refills, what are those? You can forget getting a drink refill here. The last visit here the baked pasta sauce was so watery it was see through. The salad bar is non existent here as well. The hot bar is lazily stocked with 2-3 different pizzas at varying degrees of stiffness. I only believe they rely on the fact they are in a prime location for lunch patronage from Cape Fear and they are going to safely maintain the their profit margins. Wrong, you have gotten my business for the last time. I will happily take my lunch break and money to where it appreciated and equally as satisfying.

This particular Pizza Hut is in need of Good Manager. We came in with hollering at the help. [The ones that actually showed). Very poor atmosphere.

The pizza was decent tasting, but my order was wrong, late, and cold. It took an hour to get our food when the delivery time was supposed to be 30-40 mins. The delivery driver told me it would take 45 mins to grab the 2 liter of Pepsi he forgot. Even though we live less than 2 miles from the store and there's a convience store down the street.Then the driver said the store would credit the drink charge back to my card. I hope so because we ended up having to go out to grab our own drinks, when the whole point of delivery was to be able to stay at home. I believe this store needs better management and an overall friendlier vibe. 5 years ago, it was decent, and the manager corrected issues and was responsive, but it seems to have plummeted. The only reason I give two stars is because despite the food being cold upon arrival, the order was prepared correctly.

We went there to eat the other day. We walk towards the buffet. In the background one of the employees screamed buffet is closed !! We said ok then sat down to make a dine in order. It took over 30 minutes for someone to take our order. When she did she said "why are you all here "? We were so surprised we didn't know what to say so I asked "your open to dine in right ?" She said "yes I'll be back" will she never came back . We never got served and had to walk out and leave. Crazy negative experience to say the leased.

This place is sorry. Waited over 20 minutes for a carry out that was supposed to be ready at 12noon. And then it tasted burnt. Don't bother with this place. You will be sorry if you do.
