I am reviewing based solely on my in store experience, as I have not made it home yet to actually eat the results of my FORTY MINUTE wait. Yes, I am hungry and yes, this pizza had better be good. So, why did I give it three stars then? Because we didn't even have to raise a fuss, the manager sought us out and told us what the deal was (they forgot about our wings), and refunded our total cost. He made right a horrible experience without any dramatics and without being asked, all the while apologizing profusely. I hope the pizza is as good as the customer service!

I used to love coming to this place until I watched the assistant manager eat wipe his face with his hands then put my food in the box and handed it to me .and then I was waiting on the food and he started cussing these people and being really rude to this guy that walked into to buy a soda jus cause he was with the people that the manager was fighting with like he was in grade school I'll never go back if a manager acts like this. even his employees act like its a disgrace for the town of huntersville and I am calling the health department they will be shut down.

Love the changes being made here recently with management and Connie is literally the most personable and positive person here. Keep it up girl!

My husband just picked up a pizza today and the owner was there. He refused to give him a pizza that had been sitting there all morning and made a fresh one. 😍 That is what I call a good business owner who still cares. Thank you it was the best pizza we had received.

It's better than a frozen pizza and is dirt cheap, but they are always running behind with orders and you will have to wait (even for a hot-and-ready carry out).
